Job Duties The ES Family Success Coach Team Leader is responsible for the direct supervision of a team of TANF Family Success Coaches (Case Managers). Ensures subordinate Family Success Coaches adhere to established, written policies and procedures and performs case reviews to ensure compliance with program expectations. Supervises, coaches, and mentors Family Success Coaches. Coordinates the needs of Family Success Coaches with other managers related to training, necessary materials or equipment, and information. Routinely travels among assigned areas to conduct unannounced visits with subordinate Family Success Coaches. Coordinates the needs of Family Success Coaches with other managers related to training, necessary materials or equipment, and information. Performs other related duties as required and/or directed. Understands and exercises data security and confidentiality in the transfer, disclosure, and management of all client and employee personal information. Performs Red Cross Shelter duty or other emergency welfare services duties as directed. Minimum and Additional Requirements A Bachelor's Degree and professional experience in human services or social services programs.
