{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"a461eeff2c4ebd998c6d1c57","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a461eeff2c4ebd998c6d1c57","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a461eeff2c4ebd998c6d1c57","title":"Programmer- CTD","description":"Description\n\nJob Title: Programmer\nSchedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm\nFacility location: Charlestown, NH\n\nDetails:\n\nSummary: Performs basic machine programming and troubleshoots program errors/part placement discrepancies.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\nUnder moderate supervision, performs varied tasks of intermediate complexity\nApplies intermediate and some advanced skills to perform functions of the position within assigned area\nMay adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet the more complex requirements functions of the position\nResolves most questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels\nMay periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of other employees\nResponsible for generating machine programs with consistent programming techniques\nPerforms programming updates from production line changes and Engineering Change Requests\nProvides support to production floor equipment setups and operation\nProvides support to production floor to troubleshoot equipment\nResponsible for monitoring, evaluating, or improving the performance of SMT and other production equipment\nAssists in developing programs, for example: Prep, Routers, Ovens/Wave, Selective Solder, transformer manufacturing equipment, and other types of automated equipment utilized in the production process\nSupports new product introduction and provide feedback on design for manufacturing\n\nScope\n\nExpands skills in own work area within an analytical/scientific method or operational process\nApplies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise\nWorks within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods\nWorks with a moderate degree of supervision\n\nEducation and Experience\n\nHigh School w/1-3+ years’ experience or AA/AS/Technical School w/6 months experience (Preferred)\n\nPhysical Demands and Abilities\n\nAble to lift up to 35 pounds\nAble to stand for entire shift\nRegularly performs repetitive tasks\nRegularly possesses manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately\nSpecific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus\n\nAll Employees Shall:\nComply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.\nReport to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.\nAttend scheduled EH&S training program.\nActively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans.\nRecommend improved EH&S practices.\nMust be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and third parties.
