Location: Eastvale, CA (On-site) Industry: Consumer Goods | Lighter & Butane (Smoke Shop & Vape Channel) Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission ($80K–$120K+ potential) About the Role We are seeking a driven B2B Sales Representative to grow our wholesale business across smoke shops, vape shops, convenience stores, and distributors. This is a hybrid sales role focused on both acquiring new accounts and growing existing customers through repeat business and strong relationship management. What You’ll Do New Business Development Prospect and develop new wholesale customers through cold calling, outreach, and field visits Identify and target smoke shops, vape shops, convenience stores, and distributors Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new leads Account Growth & Retention Manage and grow existing accounts to drive repeat orders and long-term value Maintain consistent follow-ups to strengthen relationships and increase customer retention Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Sales Execution Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Present product offerings, pricing, and promotions to customers Coordinate orders, follow-ups, and customer needs CRM & Pipeline Management Track all sales activities using CRM (HubSpot or similar) Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and follow-up schedules Ensure no missed opportunities through structured follow-up What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or distribution Comfortable with cold calling and customer outreach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven Ability to manage both new and existing accounts Preferred Experience in smoke shop, vape, convenience store, or related industries Multilingual: English (required), Spanish or Chinese (preferred) Experience using CRM systems What Success Looks Like Consistently bringing in new wholesale accounts Growing repeat business from existing customers Maintaining a strong and active sales pipeline Meeting and exceeding sales targets Why Join Us A brand on the rise with expanding national distribution and strong repeat demand Uncapped commission structure with meaningful earning potential Clear path for growth with increasing responsibility and impact Fast-moving team where your work directly drives results Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $66,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): This role requires approximately 30% travel.
