This is the place for you!\n\nYou will assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with overall site operation with emphasis on customer service, site maintenance, sales and wash volume, quality, and performance.\n\nJob Duties:\nFulfill and promote the company’s mission and values (represented by the WASH acronym).\nAssist the Manager and Assistant Manager with overall site operation.\nStrive to surpass customer expectations.\nCapability to perform any of the positions staffed at the wash.\nServe as the responsible party for customer, equipment, and staff issues that arise when other management is not on the premises.\nAssist in training and coaching the wash team to emulate company safety, customer relations, and wash procedures and to comply with all company policies.\nComplete opening and closing duties.\nHelp maintain a clean, attractive, safe facility.\nComply with safety standards and be an example for all team members.\nHandle cash transactions/deposits ethically, efficiently, and accurately.\nComply with RocketFast! Employee Handbook.\nOther responsibilities and tasks as necessary.\nSkills:\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nComputer literate.\nEnjoy working outdoors.\nMechanically inclined.\nOrganized.\nExcellent verbal and written communication.\nAbout RocketFast!
