Join a team that supports every athlete's journey on and off the course.\n\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\n\nGreet everyone (Teammates and Athletes) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.\nUphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.\nPromote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).\nAdhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including those of the Federal ATF.\nCreate an inclusive store environment where everyone (Teammates & Athletes) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.\nTake an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Performs other tasks as assigned.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\n\nVIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS:\n\nAt DICK'S, we thrive on innovation and authenticity.
