Representatives are able to organize their work hours around their availability while taking an active role in their own professional growth.\nResponsibilities\nMeet with clients by phone or virtual appointment.\nDiscuss clients’ current priorities and future financial goals.\nEducate clients about available financial products and services within the scope of applicable licenses.\nComplete needs-based assessments and assist with applications.\nBuild strong client relationships by providing responsive, professional support.\nMaintain accurate client records and participate in ongoing training.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.\nSelf-motivated, dependable, and open to professional growth.\nStrong communication and client-service skills.\nComfortable working independently and interacting with people.\nBusiness or sales background is a plus but not required.\nBasic computer skills and the ability to work remotely.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States.\nMust be able to meet applicable background and licensing requirements.\nA license is not required before starting. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state life and health insurance license before conducting licensed business. We provide guidance, training, mentorship, and support throughout the licensing and onboarding process.
