If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will DoSupport monthly, annual, and 5-year planningTrack customer invoicing/reimbursements for funded projectsSupport latest estimate and annual operating planReview mismatch tool in SAP for key parts and escalate significant gapsCoordinate support for work transition activities and engineering change implementationTrack status of customer returned material process steps and provide status updates to value stream leadsWork to accelerate quotes, repairs, and commit dates for parts to shipCoordinate and collaborate with SRI team to ensure action items are prioritized Provide weekly report on current status to internal stakeholders What You Will BringBachelors degree and minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience, in lieu of a degree, 3-5 years of experience required Experience with Microsoft office, specifically Excel and PowerPointSAP ExperienceExperience leading projectsBackground in engineering or quality preferredPay Range: $28/hour - $32/hourCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
