This is a high‑impact, generalist role where Associates are core members of deal teams from day one, with broad exposure across sourcing, execution, and portfolio management.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDrive proprietary deal origination through direct outreach, sector mapping, and relationship development with business owners, intermediaries, and industry contacts.
