This role offers the opportunity to solve meaningful problems, grow your technical skills, and contribute to client-focused solutions that make a real impact.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications that support internal users\nfull-stack development practices to create clean, reusable, and well-tested code\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into thoughtful technical solutions\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience through technology\nBuild and support internal tools, intranet applications, and monitoring solutions\nParticipate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities\nWhat you have\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.\n2+ years of professional experience building web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React and TypeScript\n2+ years of professional experience developing back-end services using C# and .NET Core\n2+ years of experience using DevOps or CI/CD tools to support secure development and deployment\nAbility to design and integrate RESTful APIs to support reliable and scalable applications\nAbility to work with SQL and relational databases to develop queries while maintaining data accuracy\nAbility to collaborate effectively by listening actively, sharing ideas clearly, and incorporating feedback\nAbility to analyze technical challenges,\nsound judgment, and deliver effective solutions\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments\nFamiliarity with additional JavaScript frameworks or modern front-end patterns\nUnderstanding of authentication and authorization concepts such as OAuth or JSON Web Tokens\nExperience building tools or applications that support internal teams or operational workflows\nCuriosity and commitment to continuous learning and skill development\nIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt Schwab, you’re empowered to shape your future.
