You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain valuable on-the-job training, and build the knowledge and confidence needed for a successful career in the telecommunications industry.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities-\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nFollow all company safety policies, client requirements, and safe work practices.\nAssist with the installation of structured cabling and other assigned project tasks.\nKeep the job site clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.\nLearn to read blueprints, floor plans, and other project documents.\nGain knowledge of installation methods, materials, tools, and equipment.\nAsk questions and seek guidance to ensure work is completed correctly.\nFollow all customer security and site access requirements.\nMaintain a professional attitude, appearance, and positive working relationship with customers and coworkers.\nProperly use and care for company tools, equipment, and materials.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the project Foreman, Superintendent, or Management.\nEducation & Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nExperience working in Telecom related industry/construction\nRead, write and understand English\nDisplay professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.\nmust be able to distinguish between different colors, possess manual dexterity to complete fine motor tasks, stand for extended periods of time, climb ladders, and lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite/365 applications.\nAbility to solve problems, be resourceful and proactive.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment:\nThe physical demands and work environment described below represent those an employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this position.
