The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing ETL processes, maintaining data integrity, and supporting Business Intelligence (BI) needs to ensure successful data migration and analytics readiness.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and implement ETL processes to load data into the Data Warehouse with a focus on performance and accuracy.\nDevelop data pipelines using IBM DataStage and other ETL tools to support data integration.\nValidate data accuracy and completeness post-migration to ensure successful transfer.\nMaintain ERP Data Warehouse and Ascential/Datastage environments.\nDesign and develop data models, data mart tables, and data mapping documents.\nAnalyze and gather BI requirements from stakeholders and align solutions with business objectives.\nSupport BI team members in developing reports, dashboards, and widgets using BI tools.\nProvide production support for ETL processes and fulfill ad hoc data requests using SQL queries.\nCollaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data needs.\nDocument specifications, create user guides, and support lifecycle activities from development to production.\nEnsure compliance with data governance, security protocols, and regulations.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.\nProven experience in data migration projects, particularly from PeopleSoft to a cloud-based Data Warehouse.\nProficiency in SQL and ETL tools, particularly IBM DataStage.\nStrong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and BI tools.\nFamiliarity with PeopleSoft FSCM, HCM, ELM, or EPM.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with cloud-based Data Warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle FDIP, Amazon Redshift).\nRelevant certifications in data management or ETL tools.\nExperience with Maximo, NextFare, or Trapeze systems.\n3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM DataStage.\nJob Types: Full-time, Contract\nPay: From $50.00 per hour\nSchedule:\n8 hour shift\nMonday to Friday\nApplication Question(s):\nDo you have experience with IBM DataStage?\nDo you have experience with PeopleSoft to Cloud Migration?
