In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring products meet critical quality and performance standards before they move to the next stage of production.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform visual, mechanical, and dimensional inspections on small electronic and/or mechanical components\nUse measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments\nInterpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications\nDocument inspection results accurately and thoroughly\nIdentify nonconforming materials and communicate findings to production and quality teams\nAssist in root-cause investigations and corrective actions when needed\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment\nFamiliarity with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures\nSolid communication and documentation skills\nReliability and consistency in meeting production and quality timelines\nSchedule:\nFull-time, 1st shift\nCompensation:\n$18–$23/hr, depending on experience\nIf you're passionate about quality and want to contribute to a team producing high-reliability components, we’d love to hear from you.
