Remote work from Home (USA).\nJob Summary We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to provide business and technical support to our Customers in cash office operations. The role includes project management, implementation, and support of software and hardware solutions.\nResponsibilities Provide business and technical support to Customers and collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Cross‑Functional teams.\nLead the project management and implementation of software and hardware solutions, covering pre‑ and post‑sales activities.\nWork with Customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.\nCreate documentation, ROI analyses, and statements of work (SOW) detailing customer requirements.\nPerform on‑site presentations, product demonstrations, and observations of product offerings.\nDevelop and deliver training and support materials to internal teams and customer sites.\nHandle software and hardware troubleshooting and report resolution status to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with internal teams on testing, installation, enhancements, and operational readiness.\nTravel as required.\nQualifications Experience consulting with Customers and observing cash office operations at store and corporate levels.\nKnowledge of BI products (Desktop and Platform) and their integrations and data flows.\nStrong project management skills with a track record of delivering solutions on time and with high quality.\nExcellent presentation, communication, and customer‑facing skills.\nTechnical and business savvy, able to bridge both domains.\nAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment, think critically, and solve problems.\nOrganizational and decision‑making skills.\nStrong soft skills and presentation abilities.\nEEO Statement Brink’s is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
