Director of Risk Management Strategy

Oversee financial risk strategy as an experienced Director. Lead enterprise risk initiatives, facilitate key discussions, and manage comprehensive risk assessments effectively. You will play a pivotal role in the organization's risk management as the Director. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will manage a team and lead strategic initiatives such as risk appetite setting and model lifecycles. Furthermore, you'll address major risk areas and provide senior management with trusted advice. Key Responsibilities Execute annual enterprise risk assessments and strategies Maintain and manage the Model Risk Management program Conduct independent credit risk strategy assessments Provide insights on liquidity and capital risk Prepare Board reports and risk updates regularly Requirements 10+ years' experience in the financial sector University degree in a quantitative discipline required Expertise in statistical analysis tools like SQL or Python Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders Bring your strategic vision and analytical expertise to lead outstanding financial risk management practices within the organization.
