Registered Nurse (RN) – Geriatric CareNorth Dakota | Direct HireWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a long-term care facility in North Dakota. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a stable schedule, strong compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in geriatric care.Schedule:Full-Time (36 hours/week)12-hour shifts: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PMConsistent, rotating scheduleWork Setting:Long-Term Care (LTC) FacilityPatient population:44 Skilled Nursing (SNF) residents12 Behavioral Care (BC) residentsShared coverage with 2 nurses on the floorKey Responsibilities:Assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care plansAdminister medications and treatments safely and accuratelyMonitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physiciansSupervise and support CNA/LPN staff on the unitEnsure compliance with care plans, safety standards, and regulationsDocument care and maintain accurate EMR recordsProvide education and support to residents and familiesMaintain a safe, clean, and respectful environmentRequirements:Active RN License (North Dakota or compact eligible)Graduate of an accredited nursing programBLS certification requiredExperience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferredStrong leadership, communication, and multitasking skillsCompassionate and patient-focused approachApply today to join a team that values your expertise, supports your growth, and rewards your dedication.Email your resume mpalkin@teemagroup.com
