{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"a3ead64e11483f977955b338","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a3ead64e11483f977955b338","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a3ead64e11483f977955b338","title":"Material Handler/Machine Operator","description":"Pentair has a job opportunity for you!\nJoin us as a Water Spider in our Dover, NH facility.\nYou will be delivering supplies and materials to workstations along with maintaining accurate records of material movements.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nThe anticipated hourly pay for this role is: $18.50/hr. plus 8% shift differential for 2nd shift.\n11 paid holidays each year\n2 weeks of paid vacation to start (accrued weekly), and prorated based on hire date\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\nUp to 5% 401K match starting day one of employment\nTuition reimbursement to support your education goals\nMore details about the opportunity:\nEnsure timely delivery of materials and supplies to various workstations and monitor inventory levels and replenish as needed\nCoordinate with production teams to understand material requirements and maintain accurate records of material movements\nIdentify and resolve any material flow issues\nRemoving trash from cell areas, load and operate the trash compactor, and remove excess packaging after replenishment.\nMust have experience operating PIT equipment, i.e. forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, etc.\nMust have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving abilities, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills\nSupport and advocate for lean principles, including Kanban and material flow ideologies\nPosition hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):\n1st shift: 6:30am to 2:30pm\n2nd shift: 2:30pm to 10:30pm\nThere could be an option for 4 10’s also or alternating shifts of 5 8’s and 4 10’s. This can be discussed during an onsite interview.\nPhysical Requirements:\nPhysical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.
