These activities may include grocery shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and clean up.\nEncourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges.\nHelp plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients.\nProvide consistent documentation of progress through case notes.\nYou'd be great if you:\nExperience working with individuals with behaviors IS A PLUS!\nHave a passion for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect.\nCan problem solve and adapt to different client needs.\nAre a strong communicator and dependable.\nAre comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings\nHave experience working in a similar role or field (preferred, not required)\nAre willing to learn and grow in this role.\nRequirements:\nAble to pass a background check\nReady to Apply?
