As a Lead Furniture Installer on the Facility Services Team, you are a crucial link between the Client and Circadia. You enjoy being part of a team and you thrive in an environment where culture matters!OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLEEnsure our clients are thrilled with their Circadia experienceProvide timely and efficient results while taking great care of Client productTake ownership of how your role impacts the safety, quality and profitability of the Division and the CompanyRESPONSIBILITIESLearn and adhere to all furniture manufacturer installation guidelinesWork closely with Lead Installer and Installation Team to provide installation, reconfiguration and decommissioning servicesLoad, unload, receive and/or verify furniture and other productStay current on new products and installation methodsMaintain tool box with required toolsLevel, adjust, repair or wipe down furniture as neededMaintain a safe and organized work environment at all timesEnsure jobsite is clean and all surfaces are dust-free upon project completionImmediately report any unsafe conditions or equipmentImmediately report any damages, errors or omissionsAssist with people, content and/or furniture moves as neededOther duties as assigned SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONSProfessional communicatorAbility to pivot quickly with shifting demandsEffective problem solverMechanical aptitude EXPERIENCE2+ years' experience installing systems furniture or carpentryClass E license (preferred) EDUCATIONHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) COMPENSATIONFull benefits package including Medical, Dental and Vision for you and your family401k with generous employer match15 days PTO (second calendar year) and 11 paid holidays (after 15 days of employment)Salary is based on experiencePay Range: $28-32 per hour (dependent upon experience).
