We're not just building crucial products for the satellites, launchers and semiconductor industry, we’re helping to improve life on earth.\n\nThis position is responsible for the Project Management of the Beyond Gravity Large Scale Composite structures development and recurring deliveries from Beyond Gravity.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nResponsible for revenues, costs, planning and execution of a portion of $300M space-hardware production program with support from project functional team\nImplementation and improvement of the project management processes according to company standards, industry standards, and personal ingenuity\nAccountable for cost, schedule, and quality of the project\nRegular reporting to customer and internal management at the executive levels\nSteering of program risk management\nResponsible for Continuous Improvement within the program\nImplementation of mission specific customer needs and improvements\nResponsible for Customer relationship management and long-term trust\nMaintain and cultivate a close business relationship with the functional leadership across Beyond Gravity\nContributes to negotiations regarding new statements of work\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar, Master’s degree preferred\n1-3 years’ experience in project management\n3+ years’ experience in the aerospace/space industry\nExperience managing a budget and/or profit/loss responsibility PMP certification strongly preferred.
