This is more than a technical role, it’s an opportunity to lead, influence, and innovate on how we use Plex with in our business.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nTechnical Leadership:\n\nLead ERP projects and drive successful implementations and integrations across the business.\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to meet project goals while staying current on Plex updates and manufacturing technology trends.\n\nStay current with Plex feature releases, emerging technologies, and trends in manufacturing practices.\n\nERP Strategy, Business Process Optimization:\n\nServe as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders to align Plex ERP capabilities with strategic goals.\n\nLead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Rockwell Plex ERP across global business units.\n\nAnalyze and document current business processes; identify gaps and opportunities for automation, efficiency, and further integration with other business systems.\n\nSpecialization:\n\nProvide strong expertise within Plex plus act as the expert in one or more of the following modules:\n\nFinancial Management\n\nSupply Chain Management (SCM)\n\nHuman Capital Management (HCM)\n\nManufacturing Execution System (MES)\n\nPlex Automation & Orchestration (A&O), formerly Mach2\n\nQuality Management System (QMS)\n\nAsset Performance Management (APM)\n\nMaintenance Management\n\nSupport:\n\nOversee ERP system performance, user support, issue resolution, and incident management.\n\nCommunication & Training:\n\nServe as the primary liaison between service providers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams.\n\nDevelop and deliver training sessions within IT, ensuring all technical teams are aligned on standardized processes and new functionality.\n\nAssist business units in updating work instructions and process documentation; as needed, coordinate local language requests.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nWhat you will gain as a part of the Auria Team:\n\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits\n\nFertility, parental leave, and family support programs\n\nTuition reimbursement opportunities\n\n401(k) with company match\n\nDisability and income protection coverage\n\nA supportive work environment focused on work-life balance\n\nWhat you will bring:\n\nExtensive experience working with Plex ERP (Quality Module experience highly preferred)\n\nStrong background in ERP implementation and support in a manufacturing environment\n\nAbility to collaborate across technical and business teams\n\nExceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills\n\nLocation & Travel Requirements:\n\nRole can be based at any North America plant, depending on candidate location\n\nTravel required (primarily within the U.S. and Mexico) to support implementation\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Ability:\n\nExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, finance, and HR functions.\n\nPrevious experience migrating ERP systems in a global manufacturing environment.\n\nUnderstanding of how to apply IT best practices, to include change management, disaster recovery planning, and others.\n\nHands-on experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Ignition, or similar).\n\nDisclaimer:\nWhen applying to Auria positions, you will be taken to our career site (careers.auriasolutions.com) to apply directly with us even through external job boards.
