Ask us how we do it at the Y- it's awesome!Flexible work scheduleWhat is needed for this job:18+ years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentYMCA Foundations of Group Exercise certification with experience or National certification Experience with teaching: Step, Stretch & Balance; and Barre/PilatesExhibit strong leadership skills; possess a passion for member service, building and maintaining a culture of member service excellenceThe responsibilities we will trust you with:Set an example of healthy living and personal fitnessPrepare routines and/or choreography within YMCA standardsProvide support and encouragement to members and reinforce healthy lifestylesEnsure the safety and well-being of members and staff.
