In this role, you will lead the end-to-end UX design process, translating complex user and business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences. You will apply human-centered design principles, strategic thinking, and data-informed decision-making to create products that are both functional and impactful. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing seamless user journeys, conducting meaningful user research, and collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality user experiences. Responsibilities include facilitating discovery sessions, synthesizing research insights, developing user flows and information architecture, creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and validating solutions through usability testing and iterative design refinement. This role requires a strong balance of systems thinking, interaction design expertise, and visual craftsmanship, with a focus on delivering accessible, efficient, and user-centered solutions within mission-driven environments.
