Certified Prosthetist Orthotist - Ferndale & Mount Vernon, WA We are looking for a certified and experienced CPO who enjoys working with patients of all ages, especially children, and has strong prosthetic skills. This is a backfill position due to the retirement of two practitioners and an exciting opportunity to help rebuild and grow our clinical prosthetics practice in Ferndale. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and design custom prosthetic and orthotic solutions Fit, fabricate, adjust, and repair devices as needed Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and referral sources Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Build relationships with referral sources and conduct occasional in-services Travel between offices and occasionally to hospitals/facilities or for community outreach Requirements: ABC-certified CPO Fully licensed in Washington (or eligible) Minimum 3 years of experience post-residency in both P&O Pediatric orthotics and cranial remolding experience preferred Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties requiring physical activity Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (with HSA or PPO options) Short- and long-term disability, life insurance Profit-sharing bonuses (quarterly) PTO and 10+ paid holidays/year 401(k) with match and year-end profit-sharing contribution Professional development support
