This role serves as a senior technical resource for the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Support team, leading complex issue resolution, mentoring team members, and helping customers maximize the value of their analytics platforms. The position contributes to technical excellence, scalable solutions, and stronger customer satisfaction across enterprise accounts.Responsibilities:• Serve as the senior technical resource for the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Support team.• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex customer issues involving data, analytics, and cloud platforms.• Perform root cause analysis and implement scalable, long-term solutions.• Review SQL and BI object changes and promote development best practices.• Mentor and coach analysts to strengthen team technical capabilities.• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement within support processes.• Lead root cause analysis meetings for recurring and thematic issues.• Provide technical guidance to help customers maximize the value of their analytics platforms.• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and platform adoption.• Support customer meetings with technical expertise and develop training and enablement resources.• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL solutions.• Troubleshoot ELT processes, data pipelines, and business intelligence reporting environments.• Monitor and resolve issues involving Tableau and Power BI dashboards and data refreshes.• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.Requirements:• 6+ years of experience working with SQL in production environments.• Deep expertise with relational databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle, Redshift, Synapse, or BigQuery.• Strong experience designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing data warehouses and analytics solutions.• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.• Strong understanding of data modeling, ELT processes, and modern analytics architecture.• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.• Experience mentoring teammates or serving in a technical leadership capacity.• Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.Preferred Qualifications:• Professional experience with Python.• Experience supporting AWS cloud infrastructure.• Experience in financial services technology.• Customer-facing consulting or technical support leadership experience.• Knowledge of modern data engineering, data governance, data quality, artificial intelligence, or machine learning technologies.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Annual salary range of $100,000–$140,000.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
