This position is ideal for professionals who excel in bridging business needs with technical solutions while driving Agile practices. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring project success through clear requirements gathering, effective facilitation, and Agile leadership.\n\nAs with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these include, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), staying focused on the assigned tasks, and completing other tasks as assigned.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements\nTranslate business needs into functional and technical specifications\nCreate process flows, use cases, and user stories to ensure clarity and alignment\nConduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize processes\nWork closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage backlogs\nSupport system testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution\nDeliver presentations and detailed reports to stakeholders, ensuring they remain informed of project progress\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives\nCoach the team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and the importance of continuous improvement\nRemove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure productivity\nTrack and report on team metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burndown charts\nFoster collaboration and open communication between team members and stakeholders\nEnsure adherence to Agile best practices and promote a culture of accountability\nPartner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field\n3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst\nSolid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)\nProven experience in requirements gathering and documentation\nExperience with SharePoint\nExperience with Power Platform Capabilities\nExperience with Functional Testing and Test Documentation (Test Cases / Test Scripts)\nStrong facilitation and stakeholder management skills\nFamiliarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and solve problems\nSelf-starter with the ability to identify what tasks need to be prioritized based on the impact(s) to the environment and team\nDOD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain\nMust be US Citizen\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)\nExperience with enterprise-level software development or system implementations\nFamiliarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)\nKnowledge of data analysis and reporting tool\n\nCompany Summary\n\nJoin the VSolvit Team!
