This facility provides care for adult forensic and civil behavioral health populations in a secure, team-based environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care and support in an inpatient psychiatric settingAssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)Monitor and document patient behavior and safety concernsSupport nursing staff with patient observation and reportingAssist with maintaining a safe and therapeutic environmentParticipate in MANDT crisis management and restraint trainingRequirementsActive CNA certification (Colorado certification required prior to start)Inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferredCurrent AHA BLS certificationExperience in secure, forensic, or inpatient psychiatric settings preferredAbility to work day shifts, weekends, and holidaysAbility to lift 50+ lbsJob Type: Travel ContractSetting: Inpatient Psychiatric HospitalSpectrumACS Job ID #CMHHIP-CNA-TRV-AM-42.
