Job Description What We're Looking For:Reliable individuals who take pride in their workTeam players who can follow instructions and work independentlyComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, snow, cold, heat)Willingness to perform physical labor and handle landscaping tasksCommitment to professionalism and respect in a cemetery settingStrong knowledge of landscaping equipment and machinery operationAbility to perform routine maintenance on equipmentMandatory 40 hours per week with required weekends in MayPrimary Responsibilities:Perform all functions related to groundskeeping, landscaping, and burial servicesFollow procedures for the safe, efficient, and accurate execution of dutiesSpecific Duties Include:Memorial placement and maintenanceLandscaping, building, and feature maintenanceProperty maintenance and beautificationCompliance with local, state, and federal regulationsSafe and proper use of supplies and equipment, including basic maintenance and repairsWorking effectively as a team with various crew membersFollowing all company safety procedures and equipment operation guidelinesPerforming miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedCompensation:$20.00-$22.00/hourUniform allowance MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Mechanical experienceLandscaping experienceWillingness to work in all weather conditionsWalking and standing are required 7.5 hours of workdayTwisting, bending, pulling, and pushing are required 7.5 hours of workdayAbility to lift a minimum of 30 poundsAbility to lift 25 pounds above chest levelOperation of back hoeRequires ability to reach above headPosition may require ability to climb on occasionUse of hand tools required; ability to use one hand at 10 poundsAbility to work days Monday through Friday and Saturdays in May and when needed for burial servicesCompany DescriptionThe Tribute Companies is a fourth-generation, family-owned business dedicated to supporting cemeteries, crematories, and funeral homes across the country.
