Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage delivery drivers and warehouse team for the location\nOrder and maintain inventory with coordination of branch manager\nAssist in hiring seasonal staff and supervise all other warehouse staff and ensure proper training is provided\nOversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs of facilities and equipment\nEnsure SH&E compliance at the location\nEnsure paperwork is completed fully and in a timely manner\nHandle and deliver bulk and packaged chemicals and seed\nMaintain application maintenance records\nOperate small mobile equipment (forklift, frontend loader, etc.)\nOperates computers on equipment\nDispatch of trucks in compliance with DOT regulations\nReport any safety concerns to the branch manager as soon as they are identified\nAssemble customer orders\nPlan and develop policy, procedures, and ensures team adherence\nPerform any other duties as assigned\nWhat You'll Bring:\n2+ years of leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of education and work experience\nCollege degree is preferred\nProficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook\nWillingness to travel\nClean Driving Record\n\nReady to make an impact with us?
