Power up labeling equipment and all its components and check for full functionality. Power off and disconnect every component completely at the end of the shift.\n1. Ability to fully navigate the label software and responsible for sending correct case labels to the case label printer from computer software.\n2. Responsible for replacing ink and case labels on label printer.\nii. Power up box taper and all its components and check for full functionality. Power off and disconnect every component completely at the end of the shift or during a line production break.\n1. Responsible to replace box taper tape.\niii. Check pallet tags set for the day’s production.\niv. Check freezer inventory to pull any product on stock that matches any of the SKU’s written on Pallet Tags set for production.\nv. Combine fresh and frozen products (either in cases or bags that need to be cased, make sure that the product pulled from the freezer matches the fresh SKU description set on the Pallet Tag.\nvi. Transfer all shipping information (lot codes, SKU descriptions, case quantities etc.) to Shipping Log.\n1. Accurately document finished product.\nvii. Palletize cases making sure that case labels are visible and accurate.\nviii. Once the pallet has been fully staged hand wrap pallet, place the correct Pallet Tag sticker, DO NOT DOUBLE STACK sticker and storage area sticker (Quaker Bakery Brands sticker) on the upper front of the pallet.\nix. Before storing finished pallet, write the amount of finished fresh cases (produced during the day’s production) on the Fresh Yield Sheet, do not include cases pulled from freezer on this sheet.\nx. Ask Packaging Lead where the finished pallet should be stored (Loading Dock or Freezer).\nxi. When the order is completed and there are leftover cases, place the cases in baskets or on a pallet (depending on the quantity left over) place the leftover product inside the freezer for future use.\nxii. Write on the Product Inventory Sheet the left-over cases that are going be stored in the freezer for future use, pay close attention when you write Lot Codes on the paperwork.\nSweep and maintain work area clean throughout the whole shift.\nFreezer work:\ni. Pull products out of the freezer for orders late afternoon, boxer helps with this designation.\nii. Setting orders up.\niii.
