You will be joining a tight-knit team of research mathematicians, computer scientists and trading analysts at the top of their chosen fields.What we’re looking forComputer Science or numerical degree from a top university5+ years of software development experience, with a proven ability to work independently and innovate.Experience working in environments where the speed of development is prioritised over formal processes.An eagerness to collaborate with a diverse team of brilliant minds, contributing your own unique insights.A self-starter attitude, with the confidence to take ownership of projects and experiment with new ideas.Comfortable taking ownership from design → production → supportExperience working with trading systems, front-end teams, traders, and quants is a nice to haveYou’ll be working on:⚡ Event-driven Python & asyncio systems handling fast-moving market data📡 Kafka & RabbitMQ messaging at scale🎯 Real-time execution systems where latency, correctness and resilience matter🖥️ High-density trading UIs powered by WebSockets🔍 Observability across critical paths with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus & Grafana☁️ Infrastructure and cloud initiatives, including AWS🤝 Close collaboration with traders, quants and other engineersExperience with event-driven systems, Linux/Unix, AWS, Go, TypeScript, PostgreSQL or Redis is a bonus.💰 Competitive salary + significant bonus potential🌴 33 days’ annual leave🏥 Health insurance + life assurance💷 Enhanced pensionYour decisions will directly influence execution quality, reliability and business performance.
