Collision Technician- Truck Bed Liner

Anderson Ford of St. Joseph is searching for a Collision Technician/ Bed Liner to join our shop! We are looking for a driven and detail orientated person. Fit and weld replacement parts into place, using wrenches and welding equipment, and grind down welds to smooth them, using power grinders and other tools. Prime and paint repaired surfaces, using paint spray guns and motorized sanders Remove damaged sections of vehicles using metal-cutting guns, air grinders and wrenches and install replacement parts using wrenches or welding equipment. Chain or clamp frames and sections to alignment machines that use hydraulic pressure to align damaged components. Fill small dents that cannot be worked out with plastic or solder File, grind, sand and smooth filled or repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner. Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical window-and-seat-operating equipment and trim to gain access to vehicle bodies and fenders. Maintain inventory-ordering, cancellation and returns. Maintain current safety training for role. Maintain Certification and training for necessary programs Install correct bed-liners for trucks - new and used- up to required amount per week. REQUIRED SKILLS: Excellent attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to function well in high-paced and at times stressful environment. Valid driver license KEY MEASURABLES: Productivity over 100% and continued improvement
