If you like a fast-paced environment, a team structure that provides support, training, and development, then apply today!We’re currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction, industrial, and municipal rehabilitation projects, with a strong focus on field operations, crew management, scheduling, and project financials.Position SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing field execution and managing project timelines, budgets, and resource planning. This role requires the ability to coordinate daily operations, track multiple active and upcoming projects, and serve as a key liaison between management and field teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, safety-focused, and experienced in managing construction projects from start to finish.Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact between management, operations, and field crewsPlan and coordinate all elements of construction project executionDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with contractor timelinesOversee cost tracking, revenue forecasting, and overall project financial reportingManage labor planning, resource forecasting, and equipment/material procurementAttend construction planning meetings, project site walks, and client discussionsAssist with quality control and uphold safety protocols across all job sitesSupport field operations by providing direction and addressing on-site needsEnsure timely project completion within budget and QA/QC standardsReview and approve daily reports, time logs, and all vendor/customer invoicesIdentify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiencyOther duties as assignedRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong leadership and communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organization and time managementProficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel capabilitiesProven ability to manage field teams and support project executionHighly safety-conscious with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetStrong understanding of project cost control, scheduling, and reportingEducation & ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of construction project management experienceExperience in underground infrastructure, trenchless rehabilitation, or municipal/industrial projects is a plusPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt position.
