ABOUT CRE TASK WIZARDCRE Task Wizard is the modern back-office platform for the commercial real estate industry, serving 200+ firms across the US. We combine offshore operators, AI-assisted workflows, and senior oversight to handle ops, research, marketing, and transaction support — so brokers can focus on closing deals. We are profitable, bootstrapped, and operating at multi-million-dollar ARR.WHY THIS ROLE EXISTSWe recently launched a new product that is already in the hands of real clients and needs operational leadership to scale. This is a founding seat reporting directly to the CEO. You will be the person brokers trust, the person our offshore team looks to for quality standards, and the person who turns messy client needs into repeatable playbooks. You will help build the client operations function from the ground up.WHAT YOU'LL OWNClient outcomes across 20–30 active pods — brokers doing $500K–$10M in annual GCIThe quality bar for every deliverable that leaves CTW: OMs, BOVs, lease abstracts, market research, financial modelsThe operating system — playbooks, SOPs, and escalation criteria that let the company scale past the founderA growing team of offshore operators and AI-assisted workflows; you set the standard, coach the people, and flag capacity before it breaksProactive client health — running structured check-ins, identifying workflow gaps, and solving problems before clients noticePod-level delivery metrics and the feedback loop into product, recruiting, and pricingWHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAYTranslate broker needs into task specs the CTW ops team and AI workflows can execute reliablyReview and QC deliverables across pods before they reach the clientRun recurring client check-ins and drive retention through delivery, not upsellCoach and manage offshore operators; raise the ceiling on what the team can deliverBuild SOPs and playbooks as patterns emerge — codify what worksPartner with the CEO on hiring, capacity planning, and product feedbackWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years in CRE brokerage ops, transaction coordination, or research — with at least 2 in a lead or manager roleProven experience managing remote or offshore teamsComfortable reviewing OMs, BOVs, and lease abstracts and holding the line on qualityStrong written communication; you can write an SOP that a new hire in Manila can execute on day oneDetail-oriented, fast-moving, and calm under volumeFluent with CoStar, CRMs, and deal platformsNICE TO HAVEExperience running a managed services or back-office functionHands-on exposure to AI-assisted workflows or prompt engineering in a professional contextPrior work as a TC or ops generalist at a mid-to-large CRE firmFamiliarity with deal lifecycle across asset classes: investment sales, leasing, capital marketsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS$120,000–$150,000 base salary, depending on experienceMeaningful equity in a profitable, bootstrapped companyHealthcare (medical, dental, vision)Remote-first — work from anywhere in the US, with our HQ in Austin available whenever you want itRemote work stipend to set up your home officePaid time off and flexible scheduleHOW TO APPLYSend a short note on why this role is a good fit for you—no formal cover letter needed.You can apply by:Applying directly to this postSending a DMEmailing your application to talent@cretaskwizard.com
