Barback and Bartender

Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently throughout shifts Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces to uphold health standards Prepare simple food items or snacks as needed for patrons or events, following proper food handling procedures Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for cash handling and order processing Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to ensure a tidy environment for guests Support catering or banquet events by setting up stations, serving drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or hotel food service enhances your candidacy Strong cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards in busy environments Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members Kitchen experience or barista background is advantageous but not required Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and customer service excellence is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
