Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/12/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ Opportunity: Med/Surg Tele RN Job Details: • Work night shift schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM• Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours) or four 12-hour shifts per week (48 hours)• Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required prior to travel• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (must be active with nothing pending)• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required for submission• Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (2 attempts maximum to pass)• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad system• Badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting required at facility prior to start date• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract• Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine drug screen required within 12 months of start (nurses exempt from nicotine requirement)• No open background check cases accepted; facility does not accept any license hits• PAPRs not considered alternative for facial hair except with approved medical/religious exemption Facility: This healthcare facility is part of a major health system offering comprehensive medical and surgical telemetry services.
