To learn more about our company culture, philosophy, and benefits, please visit our company page.\r\nThis position is not eligible for work authorization or sponsorship.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nManages successful execution of multiple multimillion-dollar projects through all stages of the project life cycle.\r\nIdentifies project risks, including risks related to supply chain, mechanical engineering design, electrical engineering design, manufacturing, inventory, etc., to develop and manage a Risk Management Plan\r\nMonitors and manage projects resources, schedules and budgets.\r\nCommunicates and reports project status, forecasts, metrics, requirements, risks, etc. to stakeholders at all levels of the organization\r\nCoordinates and issues requisition requests for external labor and outsourced equipment\r\nDirects and supports cross-functional project teams consisting of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, controls engineering, technology transfer (training and manuals), installation and commissioning.\r\nCollaborate and coordinate with various team members including but not limited to Controls Engineers, Programmers, Project Managers, Assembly technicians, IT, and Warehouse personnel\r\nPromotes Intralox, Intralox Integration, Intralox Engineering and Project Management best practices, processes, procedures and tools.\r\nEnsure adherence to customer's mechanical and electrical engineering specifications\r\nParticipates in engineering design reviews and regular meetings\r\nUses software such as MS Office Project, Word and Excel, AutoCAD and ORACLE business suite to accomplish job responsibilities.\r\nHas in-depth knowledge of commonly used project management and supervision concepts, practices, and procedures.\r\nChampions and ensures company culture is implemented and adhered to within their team\r\nActs as primary customer contact for status, schedule, compliance and performance\r\nAttend trainings or self-trains to continuously improve skillsets.\r\nEnsures a positive customer experience\r\nRequirements\r\nBachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited university.\r\nMinimum of 2 years of Project Management experience or related technical experience.\r\nProficient with MS Project, MS Office Suite and AutoCAD\r\nEffective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups, customers, suppliers and subcontractors.\r\nGood questioning skills to understand project needs and requirements\r\nMust be detailed oriented and organized\r\nMust be a self-managed individual who is a team player\r\nAble to work on a hybrid schedule\r\nIn office 1-2 days / wk. on average in MD facilities (Ridge Road, Sparrows Point)\r\nAble to adjust upward if/when necessary for effective & successful execution\r\nAble to travel up to 30%\r\nWhen critical to project success, able to work weekends, holidays and overtime\r\nMust have ability to lift 70 pounds and climb ladders\r\nIdentify opportunity for improvement\r\nExperience with project management over production and supply chain operations (demand generation & management, workflow understanding & oversight)\r\nExperience with project management over manufacturing operations (assembly, shipping)\r\nExperience with project management of integrated electro/mechanical systems\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience executing work under government contracts\r\nExperience with Oracle\r\nExperience project managing conveyance and sortation systems projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.\r\nProficient at working with electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.\r\nPMP Certification.\r\nIntralox's benefit program is a major part of an employee's total compensation from the company.
