member of the architectural and design team, actively contributing to technical and design tasks across all project phases.\n\nCore Responsibilities:\n\nEnsure precision and accuracy in drafting and Revit modeling standards.\n\nActively contribute to the preparation and submittal of design, bid and construction documents using technical and design software.\n\nCollaborate with the project team to develop design features and detailed construction elements to effectively communicate design intent.\n\nResearch and compile information on new products essential for developing design packages and construction documents.\n\nApply judgment and creativity in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard architectural principles and concepts throughout the project.\n\nPrepare project specifications and analyze relevant data under the guidance of the project team.\n\nDemonstrate a basic understanding of building construction, MEP, civil, and structural engineering principles.\n\nContribute to the completion of code analysis, surveys, site planning and occupancy studies.\n\nCommunicate effectively with code officials, consultants and general contractors.\n\nPrepare notes, review shop submittals, and respond to RFIs during the construction phase under direct supervision.\n\nMaintain proactive communication with senior staff to provide regular updates assigned tasks and project status.\n\nLearn and implement Aria Group’s established project processes and standards.\n\nPursue continuous education to expand knowledge of building technology, life safety, ADA code compliance, and current design trends.\n\nFoster a positive and inclusive work environment through daily interactions with the project team, clients, partners and the community.\n\nUnderstand and align with Aria Groups Mission, Vision and Values.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school.\n\n1-3 years of experience in an architectural or design firm.\n\nStrong interest in technical development and architectural documentation\n\nExperience within the restaurant/hospitality/entertainment sector is a plus.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\nProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.\n\nExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp, Enscape and Microsoft Office is a plus.\n\nMedical, dental and vision insurance options\n\nPaid time off, paid
