Shooters Sports Grill Server PositionShooters Sports Grill is hiring immediately for Servers to join their team!The overall objective and purpose of the Restaurant Server position is to provide hospitable, unobtrusive service to our guests. The position is responsible for serving food and beverage to our guests to create an exceptional guest experience. They are to provide the highest level of service in support of the mission, standards and goals established by the company.Server Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support the team to achieve our goalsGreet and interact with guests in a genuine, warm and friendly mannerOperate the telephone system, answering calls within three (3) rings, using the correct telephone etiquetteMaintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, beer, liquor and wineAnswer any questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.Serve food and beverage in a genuine, friendly, professional and efficient mannerRelays orders to kitchen through POS and helps serve courses from kitchen and service barsTotal bill and accept paymentsFollow all cash handling proceduresClear and reset tables at conclusion of each courseComplete opening and closing procedures as well as daily side-workRestock supplies as neededMaintain a neat and organized work area to include adhering to sanitation standards according to state law and health codesMaintain complete knowledge and comply with company processes and proceduresMaintain neat, clean and professional appearance according to standardsFollow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
