This group frequently leads the charge on some of the most complex Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, and high-stakes bankruptcy litigation in the country. You won't just be drafting in the background; you will be an integral part of a collaborative, elite team of legal minds.What You Will DoRepresent a diverse array of clients including debtors, official and unofficial committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and asset purchasers in sophisticated Chapter 11 proceedings.Draft, review, and negotiate complex restructuring agreements, motions, and pleadings.Play an active role in bankruptcy litigation and adversary proceedings.Collaborate directly with partners and clients, utilizing your creative problem-solving skills to navigate distressed financial situations.What You Bring to the TableExperience: 3+ years of dedicated experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, or creditors’ rights.Litigation Chops: Hands-on litigation experience is highly preferred.
