Role: Python Full-Stack EngineerLocation- Alpharetta, GAContract RoleRole SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Python Full-Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in OpenAI-based solutions, Co-Pilot frameworks, MCP, MKS environments , and autonomous agent creation . This role will focus on building AI-driven task automation, intelligent agents, and end-to-end full-stack solutions that accelerate business workflows and reduce manual effort.The ideal candidate combines strong Python engineering fundamentals with applied AI/LLM orchestration , system integration, and scalable automation design.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Python-based full-stack applications with AI-enabled capabilitiesBuild and orchestrate autonomous AI agents for task execution, decisioning, and workflow automationIntegrate OpenAI models for reasoning, summarization, classification, and agent coordinationImplement Co-Pilot-style experiences to assist users with intelligent recommendations and actionsDevelop task automation pipelines leveraging agents, schedulers, and event-driven triggersWork within MCP and MKS environments to manage configurations, pipelines, and system controlsDesign APIs and backend services to integrate AI agents with enterprise systemsBuild scalable front-end interfaces (React or similar) for AI-driven user interactionsEnsure security, governance, logging, and observability for AI-powered workflowsCollaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutionsSupport testing, deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement of agent-based systemsRequired Skills & Experience:Core Engineering6+ years of hands-on Python development experienceStrong experience in full-stack development (Python backend + modern frontend frameworks)Expertise in REST APIs, async processing, background workers, and microservicesAI & Autonomous AgentsPractical experience with OpenAI / LLM-based applicationsExperience building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents (planning, memory, tool usage)Familiarity with agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and task chainingExperience creating AI-driven automation for business workflowsPlatforms & EnvironmentsExperience working in MCP and MKS environmentsStrong understanding of configuration management, environments, and pipelinesExperience with task schedulers, job orchestration, and automation frameworksFrontend & UXExperience with React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworksAbility to design intuitive AI-assisted user experiences
