This is an on-site, night shift position (4:30 PM – 5:30 AM; flexibility required), placing you at the center of production and leadership activity.\nYou’ll lead a dynamic team focused on delivering results across safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting daily processing and packaging operations. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact—leading continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes, and developing frontline talent within a highly collaborative and performance-driven environment.\nA Taste of What You’ll Be Doing\n\nLead Production Operations – Direct all activities for assigned production line(s) to meet goals related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity while adhering to established standards and procedures.\n\nDrive Continuous Improvement – Identify and eliminate cost and waste by applying Kellanova Work Systems (KWS/TPM) principles and leading site-wide continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nEnhance Safety And Quality – Implement best practices for safety, quality, and equipment reliability, using problem-solving and root cause analysis to address operational challenges.\n\nCoach And Develop Teams – Build team capability by coaching employees, supporting pillar/grassroots teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion.\n\nOptimize Performance – Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans based on downtime, inventory, and demand fluctuations while minimizing unplanned downtime through effective equipment management\n\nWe’re Looking for Someone With\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nProven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience managing safety and/or quality programs and processes\nExperience driving continuous improvement initiatives (KWS/TPM or equivalent systems)\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while delivering results in a fast-paced environment\nExperience coaching and developing frontline teams\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications\n\nCompensation\n \nThe annual salary range is $77,000 - $101,010, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
