Seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter for a multinational industrial distribution company in Houston, Texas. This is an in-office role based in North Houston, requiring a self-starter with strong time management skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates for various openings, assessing resumes, facilitating recruiting events like job fairs, screening candidates via phone, video, or in person, and writing and posting job descriptions. The role involves scheduling interviews with managers and senior leaders, maintaining records, preparing hiring paperwork, and assisting with onboarding and training of new employees. Additionally, the recruiter will work on HR projects as assigned.Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
