On-Site / Hybrid / Remote:Hybrid (50/50)Salary Goals:$145k-$170k + bonusAbout the Role:Our client, a Fortune 500 global manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to join its corporate finance leadership team. This highly visible role will oversee global consolidations, corporate accounting, technical accounting, and enterprise-wide financial reporting while partnering closely with executive leadership and finance teams across the globe. This position offers outstanding exposure to executive management and the opportunity to influence financial strategy within a complex multinational organization.What You Will Do:Lead the global consolidation and corporate close process across multiple business units and international operationsPrepare and analyze consolidated financial results and deliver insights to executive leadershipOversee the company's financial consolidation and reporting systems, including budgets, forecasts, and management reportingEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting policiesProvide leadership on complex accounting matters, including foreign currency, intercompany transactions, joint ventures, and other technical accounting topicsPartner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, HR, and Internal Audit on strategic finance initiativesDrive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes, systems, and analyticsLead, coach, and develop a high-performing corporate accounting teamSupport executive leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and special projectsWhat You Need to Succeed:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA preferred10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience5+ years of accounting leadership experienceStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and corporate accountingExperience leading complex consolidations and multinational accounting processesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with financial reporting and ERP/consolidation systemsPreferred Experience:Public company and SEC reporting experienceExperience supporting global consolidations within a multinational organizationTechnical accounting experience involving complex accounting mattersExperience within a large manufacturing environmentExposure to financial consolidation and reporting platformsAbout Movement Search and Delivery:MOVEMENT is a national executive search firm that connects companies with exceptional talent across engineering, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, information technology, sales, legal, and human resources.How to Apply:Apply through this posting, and a member of the Movement Search and Delivery team will review your application.
