Community Coordinator, Multiple Languages

Job Description: Identify and onboard diverse users (ages 20-70) from marginalized communities, ensuring a 50:50 gender ratio.Conduct training sessions to understand the project and tasks.Onboard users by helping them install the Karya app, complete profile tasks, and record a few sample audio tasks.Guide users in completing recordings.Ensure users adhere to task guidelines (e.g., no multiple IDs for one person).Help users enter accurate details (language, PIN code, etc.) into the platform.Provide ongoing assistance to users to ensure task completion and resolve issues.Requirements: Must have large connections in the required language/s.Aged between 18-55 years.Access to an Android smartphone.Ability to train and manage multiple users.Comfortable with using excel and other google toolsBenefits: Flexible leave and vacation policyHybrid work optionsInsurance as per industry standardsAccess to leaders in technology and social impact sectorsA chance to contribute meaningfully to AI, digital equity, and rural development
