Role Description This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant located in Hope, AR. The role involves supporting the licensed physical therapist in delivering therapeutic interventions for pediatric patients. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with physical therapy treatments, monitoring patient progress, developing rehabilitation plans under supervision, and ensuring the delivery of quality patient care. Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy techniques and practices, especially in a pediatric settingSkills in Patient Care, with an emphasis on communication and empathyExperience in Rehabilitation methods and approaches tailored for childrenCommitment to delivering Quality Patient Care with attention to individual needsKnowledge of Orthopedics, specifically as it pertains to pediatric developmentActive state licensure as a Physical Therapist AssistantStrong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary teamPrevious experience working with children is highly preferred but not required
