You will also play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our tenants, contributing to their overall satisfaction and comfort.\r\nDuties/Responsibilities\r\nCarry out general handyman and repair technician duties as required.\r\nEnsure prompt and accurate completion of service orders.\r\nPerform Make Ready tasks to ready units for new tenants.\r\nConduct move-in/move-out orientations for new tenants.\r\nAssist in addressing punch list items as instructed.\r\nAid in building activities per Manager's directives.\r\nManage cleaning tasks, pressure washing, make ready's, warranty calls, and vendor meeting coordination.\r\nWalk and clean the common grounds, entrance, models / leasing office, picking up trash, cleaning the amenities area, replacing the trash bags from trash cans.\r\nProvide backup to groundskeeper duties and pool maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of pool, clubhouse and common area amenities.\r\nThe above listing represents the general duties considered essential functions of the job and is not to be considered a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the position.
