This is performed through technical design, calculation, and analysis to make sure that the vertical structures we build are safe, stable, and don’t collapse under applied loads. These responsibilities include:\n\nWorking with clients such as architects and owners to understand their vision and scope of the project.\n\nUnderstanding detailed project specifications to design the “bones” and load-bearing elements of a project.\n\nLeverage REIVITsoftware to perform design elements of the project.\n\nPerformance structural calculations using Risa\n\nEnsure precise calculations, analysis, and safety in project design through meticulous attention to detail.\n\nProvide structural engineering expertise, support, and work cross-functionally with other engineering disciplines, architects, and stakeholders.\n\nManage projects on time and within budget\n\n“As employee-owners, we don’t just work here, we grow here.
