Known for their collaborative culture, long-term employee retention, and consistent project pipeline, they invest in developing talent and promoting from within.Job DescriptionThe Construction Project Coordinator provides critical support to project teams throughout all phases of construction. This position is office-based with regular interaction with field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.Key Responsibilities:Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination and documentationTrack and manage RFIs, submittals, change logs, and drawing revisionsMaintain organized project files in accordance with company standardsDistribute project documents to internal teams, subcontractors, and vendorsPrepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action itemsSupport project schedules and procurement trackingAssist with cost reporting, pay applications, and closeout documentationCoordinate communication between the office, field teams, designers, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with contract requirements and internal proceduresMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
