Description"We Push the Boundaries of Possibilities for our Communities ."Overview of the Position Responsibilities : Our Supervisor Field Operations will be responsible for supervising installation and repair (service) technicians to provide accurate and timely installation and service of IHF (Fiber) products to subscribers such that the Company's quality and customer service standards are maintained. If this sounds exciting, please read on.?Be part of our innovation- building and delivering a fiber-rich internet connection to people's doorsteps.What You Will Do:Supervises trouble-shoot and repair problems with technicians to ensure compliance with company guidelines regarding quality, customer service, safety, work-order completion and closeout and productivity requirementsAssists in the training and development of technicians and keeps abreast of the most current technology in the telecommunications industrySchedules technicians so that coverage is at a maximum during peak hours to maintain prompt service; manages and reassigns daily workload to maximize on-time arrivalsAssists Manager of Field Operations to ensure that any errors in installation or service are promptly resolvedMaintains accurate time and attendance reportingAssists in developing, recommending and administering technical operations policies and procedures and maintains regular quality audits and safety audits for complianceAbility to effectively communicate with customers, management, employees and installation and service partners (contractors).Assists in the development and management of the department's operating budget in accordance with corporate guidelinesCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
