This role is part of a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement across a complex footprint.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of progressive experience in security technology, physical security, corporate security, or enterprise technologyExperience leading an enterprise security technology portfolio across multiple offices, regions, or stakeholder groupsExperience with access control, badging, video surveillance, security monitoring, and security technology platformsExperience managing budgets, vendors, service providers, and enterprise real estate physical security standards for base buildings and interior spacesAbility to obtain and maintain required security clearance and meet the applicable U.S.-national requirement for GPS federal security design and technical support responsibilitiesAbility to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Experience supporting a geographically dispersed organizationExperience supporting federal or government security requirementsExperience with enterprise badging, mobile badging, sensors, and security operations platformsExperience supporting mergers and acquisitions, insider threat, investigations, or crisis responseExperience supporting international locations and cross-border operationsExperience with CCure, Safetrust, GSOC applications, and Exacq closed-circuit television/internet protocol video platformsThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
